A lanyard is a tie device designed for pulling ropes, stretch marks, bringing structural elements to the design position and holding them in place.

Production of lanyards is carried out according to GOST 9690-71, OST 5.2314-79. The lanyard consists of three main elements-a welded body with a multidirectional thread and 2 rods with a fork end element, one rod with a left thread, the other rod with a right thread. The principle of operation of the screw tie device is based on the counter movement of the screws when rotating the body, which leads to a decrease in the total length of the product and, accordingly, to tension. At the initial stage, the rotation is performed manually, and various lever devices are used when the load increases. The process ends when the required tension force is reached. Lock nuts are used to fix the desired position. The stroke length depends on the overall dimensions of the lanyard body. The lanyard must be galvanized.
