NC1 electromagnetic contactors are used in AC circuits of 50 or 60 Hz, with a rated voltage of up to 660 V and with a rated current of up to 95 A according to the conditions of application of AC-3. They are used for remote switching on and off of the circuit. When connected to the desired thermal relay, they can form an electromagnetic starter to protect the circuit from overload, they can be used for frequent starts and control of the AC motor. Many different devices can be obtained by installing the auxiliary contact Assembly, the adjustable delay contact, the thermal relay, and other accessories on the contactors.
